Hi i just started the transition between ABBH 1 to 2 i.e. Switching the rep and set ranges. Today i started the bench,row day and whilst completing the rows fine during bench for the last two sets (of 5) i managed only 7 reps (didnt want to go any further due to knowing id hit full failure). My arms were really dieing on me. My question is for next week do i stick to the same weight? until i can do the full reps and sets or do i drop the weight down?
