Ok I am very knew to all of this…I am 5’7 120 lbs,I dont have a clue to bf% but there really isnt much there.
I am at a point to where I am starting to notice the muscles in my abs showing,but not to the extent to what I would like,what is a good way to cut the fat in that section to make my progress more noticable?low-carb, low fat??For someone of my thin frame,what foods are generally the best intake to achieve this?

This thread by Vroom has some great information, I’d suggest you read through at least most of the articles he links to. There are some good diet programs in there too.
As for my initial question, there are too many skinny guys around here aspiring to look like Brad Pitt. I wanted to make sure you are not one of those before passing on the wisdom of ages regarding abs.
