is it possible to say that during the course of human history, the abdonminal muscles of some families were over or under worked which ended up shaping them into a much different pattern than the standard 6-pac?
i mean how did jay cutler’s ancestors have such awkward shaped abs compared to ahmad haidar’s ancestors? Is there an event that can change the look on these abs or r they just ‘made’ that way?
Um, that is not how evolution works. No amount of over or under (or left or right or up or down or whatever)working the abs is going to affect the shape of future generations of abs (You can’t “workout” your genes in order to change them in hopes of producing better genes in future offspring,
Although at some point it may be possible to alter genes through external methods in order to create what you want in yourself or your offspring, but that is not really applicable here.). Abs are abs, their shape is due to your genetic makeup (their basic shape) and your growth through your own life (their muscular size).
What ya got is what ya got. I assume you haven’t seen many abs, heck just take a collection of the best of the best pros, you will notice some very distinct ab set ups.

Exactly. Since when do even most humans have abs sectioned off exactly alike? Your rectus abdominus is ONE muscle. How many sections it is “divided” into by tendons is something you can’t change and it won’t be EXACTLY the same on any two people unless they are twins. There isn’t anything wrong with the stomach of the guy in that picture and how you work your abs doesn’t have anything to do with how your kids will look.
Plus, by even promoting an Abercrombie ad, you have succeeded at reducing sperm counts the world over which will do nothing but ensure less chances at humans “evolving” into anything.

ya that abercrombie guy’s abs r flat out awkward
ha, what a coincidence, you know nothing about “evolution” i guess you could say of abdominals and how they are determined…and your avatar is perpetually doing crunches…
first off, since when did I say I was promoting an abercrombie ad?
secondly, my avatar is doing something called, “psyching himself out”
y get so fucken mad at me? seriously it was a just a question in my mind and all of u pounced on me and made conclusions about who i am and what not. thanks guys for being such dicks. really…

We know you weren’t promoting abercrombie; it was a joke made about the picture you posted. Take it like a man.
…and in response to your original question,
That would be like saying I have a tiny one-inch penis that curves to the right because my ancestors didn’t use their penises that much and were always naked with a constant wind coming at them from their left side.

Couldn’t stand not to mspaint the assholes. I mean, seriously, imagine someone asks a dude what he uses when going out or whatever and he goes: “Abercrombie & Fitch”. I think I would burst out laughing if I heard shit like that on the street.

Umm, wouldn’t that be “psyching himself UP”? Psyching him out is what his opponent would want to do. Just sayiin’.
Good point. Regardless of what kind of ‘psyching’ he’s supposedly doing, it looks more to me like he’s trying to do something entirely different ‘to himself’…
