I’ve said this before. I feel good dressed and naked. It’s that halfway stage I struggle with. I don’t like panty lines nor the little bit of fat that’s always pushed around by bras. When I want sexy underthings, I go with corsets and things with more fabric, even if it’s sheer.

But the real goal is heavier than the 35s so I’m really focusing on bench form so I will be repeating the last month’s weights then I think I will be going for the 35s at the end of march so you have time. I want 45s by fall/winter. And beyond of course.

Ive been putting in 10 hour days in the lab. So busy.

IF… So I did a 16hour fast / 8 hour feed IF for about a year. I would stop eating at ~8pm and start again at ~12noon. I trained at 5am completely fasted and would not eat until 5-6 hours after I was done.

Why? To disprove all of those myths I used to hear about “going catabolic” and the “30 minute window of opportunity”. You have seen my BEFORE and AFTER pics on my old log, you know my progress :wink:

These days I still train completely fasted at ~5am, but I break the fast when I actually get hungry, arounf 9am. So I still “fast” for 14-16 hours a day, and train fasted. I love it. It works for me.

If you want to try it, go for it. Dont worry about “going catabolic”. Full digestion and protein absorption after a meal is on a 24-48 hour schedule (assuming proper calorie intake is met), so unless you are fasting for over a day, you wil not be catabolic.

Also, on my last cut, I ate a full pint of Ben and Jerry’s 4-5 times a week, and over 1/2 of my carb intake was from pure sugar (candy bars, etc), but thats another topic all together.

Journal coming… April 1st! My b-day (srs). Hope you will stop by and seksy-it-up.

I skip breakfast and train fasted all the time. I’m not getting results because I think my body is used to it.

My traps grew pretty good from heavy deads, I’ve historically just done the two direct shoulder accessories which worked decent due to good shoulder genetics I think. I’ve added shrugs for direct trap and am rounding out the shoulder routine as far as accessories (not to mention barbell OHP and AlT DB shoulder press I’ve been doing for awhile)

Lets grow us some (not quite ladylike) cannonballs.
