You really CAN press more overhead with an unnaturally arched or extremely arched back. It got too arbitrary to define when the back was arched too much. Anyways, I’m guilty of a little lean or tilt back on the very heavy but my form is good and no “arch” actually this hella strong crazy PL kid the other one that works out with the guy I had the creeper vid up of told me “nice form” which is the only thing he’s ever said to me. And he was NOT looking at any of my body parts and it was RIGHT AFTER my max OHP so I’m pretty sure thats what he meant :wink:

Wow I am so impressed by how much you know about the history of OHP-ing and back arches, Lol.

I military pressed yesterday and forced myself to brace my core before I pressed it everytime, VERY little archy/awkwardness. Wasn’t lifting very much though, we’ll see…

ALSO did the step mill and thought of you. It’s really not so scary once ya get in the groove. Totally adding that to my cardio routine.

Doing my best! Asleepp like eight pm thursday worked 1/2 day Friday then home and basically asleep until um ten am today… forty minute walk… I will go for max DLs today and then yeah sleep til my appt. Monday! My ccapacity for sleep is pretty mind boggling right now… at this point I know to just go with it.

You’re ahead of me! I’ve only mustered some low impact fasted morning walking in my try not to get obese efforts. Once my t3 levels are better I’ll be back on that deathmill though… good job you it aint no cardio joke!

Thyroid is a motherfucker… have to retest and redose at least every six months… something wwill work for awhile and then jusy not. Like, where is my t3? I TAKE shittons of it but its not on the tests… lame.
