Why I’m glad I didn’t even attempt my own program design for the first year… and I’m still not really, its all stollen or paid for and cobbled together LOL. I am aiming for the 8-12 range because thats where my coach had me… i won’t up the weight pulled/pressed until i get up to those reps (not counting the opening 5 3 1 of course)

OK, reps make you stronger, but beyond 8 per set, they make you bigger MORE than they make you stronger. 8 reps per set is balance between looking as strong as you are and being as strong as you look.
At least that’s for a most menz. Wymynz hazza diffrent hormones, and stuff. Still, after a phase of 8-12, maybe try lower reps, see what hoppenz?
