And then YES I DID MY FRAKKING CARDIO. It was 35 minutes on the Treadhill incline 10 slow speed 3.0 Not exactly Killing some cardio… but I at least manhandled it.
hey lady!! what is your plan for cardio stuffs? I know nothing really about your goals for a specific aesthetic, but I would think cardio is optional for you at this point…maybe?? or are you trudging forwards with it further?

WELL… my goal is to not get too fucking fat. Especially with the amount of food I found myself eating during max week. Right now I’m at the top of the range I’m comfortable with even for Winter. So deload weeek HAS to be low calorie and HAS to be cardio. I really should be keeping up a minimum of cardio during the other weeks too.
My goal is to fit in my pants at all times.

Hallowed, if your goal is muscle gain, have you considered getting somewhat leaner than you prefer to be, just so you have more “wiggle room” when you add musclez?
Just one possible approach. It’s hard to bulk and not put on at least a pound or two of the bad stuff.
Also, we haven’t made out in like a week, wtf.

At this point I don’t have time for that. Maybe next year.
Right now I’ve got sixteen weeks of Winter to make my butt muscles as big as possible.
As long as I stay in my weight range I’m fine and will cut in the spring.
I think I can eat maint only cals weeks one and two, slightly over max week and cal def week one and stay between 140-145. I can SEE that I’m puffier and holding more water from begin carbed up but I can also see a change in my muscle mass UNDER all that since I started 5 3 1 so I think my plan is working ok. I’m going to keep a minimum of cardio too just probably not during max week.
