No, he called you out on your bs “doesn’t look like he lifts but has a 2,000lbs total” comment.

Please post more.
‘just as much as the skinny ‘doesnt even look like he lifts’ guys putting up raw 2000lb totals are entertaining and surprising’ was a figure of speech meant to illustrate that I find small but strong lifters entartaining. Not surprised that the subtleties of speech would be lost upon a middle aged man with aspergers.

Regardless, here are some pics of a guy with a 2000+lb total who not only looks very unimpressive in comparison with some much larger and weaker guys, but could actually pass off for a non lifter;

Look bubba, you’re not smart or articulate enough to play this pickapart game.

Actually, if you read the actual stats on Brian, his best total is just under 2,000 (1906 to be exact) and (here’s the important part), that’s his best total IN FULL POWERLIFTING GEAR. That’s very different from someone who lifts raw, and it’s pretty safe to assume that people were talking about raw lifters in this thread. Impressive raw lifters are pretty much always going to look the part, whereas equipped lifters will sometimes not.

And seeing as Brian is one of the top power lifters in his weight class, I’d say it’s pretty unlikely that there are raw lifters out there in that weight class who can best his total.
Guys, I need some help.

I am having the darndest time trying to understand the logic behind posting a pic of a powerlifter who uses gear to help move the weight…in relation to a bodybuilder who would see no benefit at all from wearing powerlifting gear to train muscles.

Did I miss something?

Any Cliff Notes?
‘There are no powerlifters with big totals who don’t look like they lift’

(picture of guy with a world record total who could easily pass off for a non lifter)

‘What does this have to do with bodybuilding?’

So insecure, so pathetic.

“Easily pass for a non-lifter” Are you kidding me?
yeah exactly. Brian Schwab is muscular and pretty lean for a powerlifter. To say this is a non-lifters physique is beyond retarded. I think we can safely assume this guy is trolling hard.

I didn’t even read this thread. But anyone with any understanding of nervous system function and physics, would understand why the load could have nothing to do with how much force a muscle is generating. This shit can be measured…

Maybe I’m wrong, but this thread has the hallmarks of that ‘slimthugger’ fucktard.

He has definitely posted here before under a different account. He hates Professor X too much to be a first-timer. If it is the piss artist formerly known as Slimthugger, he has picked up a trick or two since his last visit ( like the not-so-thinly veiled anti-American sentiment by addressing posters as “Bubba” and “hick” and the semantic trick of condensing ‘stimulus’ down to a barbell).

Also prone to fits of delusion. He’s an educator and an iconoclast but can’t tell if a world-class powerlifter works out. Let’s not get into the total lack of training advice given to the innocents he’s trying to save from the ‘near-forty underachievers’.

EDIT: Nevermind, removing trollfood so this hopefully dies.
