Care to elaborate? Just out of curiosity - I find often times delt day will either come right before or right after back day, so I’m curious if you’re in a similar situation.
Traps get hit 3x weekly, while other parts 2x. It’s odd how it staggers sometimes.

Do you use an x-times-weekly strategy for all your muscle groups?

D) never. they get enough stimulation from all other exercises. Anytime you pick up any weight it hits traps
I thought this for a while but my delta started out growing my traps giving my shoulders a wide flat look. This was not appealing and was fixed with the addition of traps over 3-6 months.
I’m the total opposite, my traps grow MUCH faster than my shoulders which just looks terrible. I’ll never do any direct trap work again

Yes. Calves, traps, rear delts get the 3x weekly treatment. Everything else 2x.

…Shoulder…

Both, Indirectly on Back day and with Shrugs on Shoulder day.

Sometimes… I even do shoulders + back on the same day. WAAAAT
You crazy mothafucka!! lol

Either…
I think I preffer doing it on back day. I’m currently doing them for both, but I wouldnt recommend doing it for that long.

i run a push/pull/legs

i hit them on both push and pull day

Since I train shoulders in the AM and back in the PM I don’t care much about it I guess… I prefer to do it with back as the last exercise otherwise it sets a pre-exhaust effect and I won’t train anything else as effectively.

Traps get direct work with shoulders, and get hit via deadlifts when doing back…

Should give traps some direct training…don’t know anyone that would say “dam I should stop training my traps directly because there too big”.
