even if you never lifted a weight before you would max out on that thing if you applied any real intensity and effort to your training.
but you wouldnt ever want to go to a gym because you think “its an all in one gym” …because youve never been to a gym and you dont know what a real gym looks like.
i think people would be better off just hitting up a gym to start with.

I am having a really hard time picturing someone afraid of poop. He was unaware that intestines are longer than a 4 year old girl’s arm?
