Ha, I’m giving it some serious thought. Going to need to work on form though. Felt like I was leanin’ forward a bit too much, and rounding my lower back in the hole which is no good.

I feel you on close grip feeling better than regular bench sometimes…
When my bench is on, then it’s significantly stronger, but closegrip just feels natural. 275 is fucking good man, good job.

Decent day. Kinda annoyed that the lower back was off. Really need to get more pullin’ in. Always next week. In the grand scheme of things I’ve hit two PRs I’m very happy with this week, so no biggy
Truckin’ along I see. Personally, I hook grip all of my DL’s. People always complain about it hurting their thumbs. Mine get numb from time to time, but it’s not THAT bad IMO.

Very cool, I didn’t realize you hook grip. It hurts a bit, but I’m definitely getting used to it and am liking it a lot. Plus a mixed grip feels awkward.

Yeah dude a mixed grip totally throws me off. I think that I may have actually slightly strained a muscle in my upper back while MG’ing a while ago. But that was my own fault.
Good to see IF is treating you well! I’m finding it slightly awkward to fit in at the moment. Working weird shifts during summer so my meal timing is all over the place… I’m still managing to fit my calories in and stick to at least a 16 hour fasting period, this varies though as sometimes I only eat for 6 hours depending on what shifts I’m doing. Have noticed I am getting hella’ vascular though, my forearms feel pumped all the time as well. You noticed anything like that?

Certain days I have to make a concerted effort to ensure I get enough food in. I haven’t noticed any particular increase in vascularity, but I have noticed I look a bit ‘tighter’ in certain areas. But it’s just been about a week of IF for me. So I can’t really tell.
Had a short nap before starting. Felt sluggish b/c of that. Took longer to get warmed up and get into the session. After the 5/3/1 top set started to get into it. By the time I was incline pressing, I was really into it. Good session considering I was feeling rather unenthusiastic to begin.
