7x155 (this set wasn’t too bad, I just need to get more accustomed to higher rep push pressing)

A bunch staggered w/ pressing

EDIT: also played around w/ the bar, just to work on getting my shoulders more accustomed to the low bar squatting position.
Happy with how today’s session went considering the fact I was feeling tired going into it. Pressing went fine, as did the rowing. I just need to make sure I keep my chest up and back arched while rowing, otherwise I get a mad lower back pump.
Pretty solid Military Pressing. I haven’t done Barbell Pressing in forever, I have no idea what weights I would even do now. Pretty decent DB rowing as well AC.

I’m the opposite. I’m way better at pulls than pushes, though I’m trying to fix that. Meh. lol.

Do the rows in front of a mirror and tell yourself how hot you are so you can keep your head up/back arched.
