A Strong Squat, Brutal Bench Press, Dauntless Deadlift, and Massive Military press are as easy as 5/3/1

If you have any suggestions, I’m all ears :)
Could you write out your split (just what you do on what day)? Don’t want to suggest anything without seeing the full setup (and I might not have any suggestions if it’s pretty solid).
Bleh I wrote out a response and for some reason it didn’t go through. Take 2…

Sunday - Bench 5/3/1, reverse band press/CGBP/floor press, lots of pull ups and band pull aparts

Tuesday - DL 5/3/1, RDLs/GMs/deficit pulls, standing band crunches, shrugs

Wednesday - Push press 5/3/1, military press, DB rows

Friday - Squat 5/3/1, front squats, standing band crunches

Depending on how I feel and how my schedule is I move around the sessions and may take out assistance exercises.

So I need a study break and I figured why not take some progress pics. I’m weighing in at 208.

I really need to learn how to edit photos so I can just cram all the shots into one photo.

Tis amazing what a change in lighting (i.e. no flash) can do.

Last one I promise.

Wow, 208? You look awesome, and you can get to 220 very easy.

Yes it’ll be good if you try out the belt. Protect the back and all =)

Fixed

Kicking ass in here man, don’t quit, EVER!

Well I don’t have to say it, because he already said that I did ^^

The belt does feel awesome for the abs to push out against though. It feels like floating.

I believe I can fly

Exactly, soar to PR land!

@Nikki: why thank you  I don’t see getting my weight up to 220 as something difficult. I just need to make sure I continue to make strength gains and not pack on too much fat.

@ink: Believe me, I’ll have to lose all of my limbs knock on wood before I quit lifting. And of course my belt is a PL belt. Are there any other kinds??? lol.

Where can I get my frequent flier number?

Looking thick as hell man (in a good way). Good work. Nice V taper going on too. I need to get to 200+ :frowning: lol. Only 14 lbs to go haha.

The only other kind of belts are the ones that hold up your pants. And if my pants had large enough belt loops, I’d sport my inzer lever action belt ALL DAY!

You’ll be there in no time. Just keep on doing what you’ve been doing.

I can just imagine the look on a tailor’s face when you go up to one and say, “can you make pants that’ll fit this belt” plops inzer onto desk

Your back looks pretty thick man, good work.

For some reason though you remind me of the scary dude from No Country for Old Men. gasp lol

Thanks man!

I believe the character’s name is Anton Chigurh. He was quite the badass. I’ll take that for a compliment, seeing as I’d rather look intimidating than look like a push over.

Definitely. Exactly why I started lifting. Tired of feeling like anyone who “mean mugged” me could easily kick my ass if they wanted.
