the only one i have a date -which im assuming who you mean- who i got with the text just laying the cards…i have a date with this weekend or next…fucking summer vacation family bullshit blah blah

man fuck time.
bignate wrote:
i just hate how much time it eats up. Its like a minimum of 2 hours if i wanna get a good workout in riding, cuz im not a sprinter on the bike. i just like distance.
You could try what I do when I ride. I would ride for 30km(20miles) and then at the end of my ride I would find a steep hill that takes about 10-15 seconds to sprint up. Repeat hill sprints, and try and progressively add more reps every week.

I havent ridden my bike for about 2 months now, as I take a break in the winter. Too cold and too wet. But Im in the process of cleaning up my bike and getting it all ready for some action again!

Good luck with the girlie. Remember, bitches be crazy.

Thanks bird, and yeah i think might start implementing some bike sprints just for the hell of it.

anyways two days ago i did a shit load of plyos and just a couple sprints it was cool.

Yesterday i said fuck you westside im going biking and rode 31 miles, average of 15mph…can improve this alot, only my second ride this summer haha. Honestly might quit lifting for a week or two and just bike, its fucking fun.

did a sweet lil circuit and superset based workout yesterday, got a nice swole pump going. Today i ran 8 mile straight with no breaks,…it was fucking awesome.

took yesterday off, heres a nice lil pump workout from today, pretty much just taking it easy, gonna do sprinting tomorrow, idk i like my strength levels right now for a bit, so i think i may just take it easy and cardio my ass up haha

did various arms and shoulder prehab/pump stuff, did some neck work. Overall feeing better, i definitely think my upper body needs a lil break from heavy shit. Well see, sometimes u just gotta free ball and go with the flow. I generally hold to many expectations of myself and plans, working on just letting go of that shit and just doing what i want to do when i want to do it. Fun times.

heres a cute lil vibe ive been vibin too lately. Trying expand beyond that metal

did a shit load of plyos and sprints yesterday, did a cool lil workout today too, mostly speed deads with the fat bar and such, just keeping up with things no real plan right now.

Met one of the bitches ill be living next to this year at my new appt yesterday…mmmmmm some fine tail to be chasing there.

Life is strange, not sure where my head is at, but i know im gonna have to buckle down ina month for school real hard this semester, but i also need to not be an isolated lil fuck as well. THIS DRY SPELL WILL END ONE DAY

^yes sir, been seeing some new stretch marks on the right side, which i hope means the continuing better nerve connection is helping that arm catch up to the left which is good good good news.

So why do you do your split squats on foam?

Incase you fall over?

i raise my front foot on about 4’’ of foam or so, makes the stability a quite a bit more challenging, and the added height makes the ROM a lil bigger, lets me use less weight and still get just as fatigued
gotta save that back haha

Oh I see. I find split squats hard enough in terms of trying to get my balance right.
