Squats
Great day squatting with the group. There were four of us, two of us (Me and Archangel) hit PRs and the other two (Scooby and Foggy-J) narrowly missed PRs, but with some tweaks to their form, they will soon be smashing those plateaus.
They squatted raw, I squatted geared. Got a 680 for a 5lb pr and then muscled up a rough 700 for a 25lb pr, though my form went to hell and back, now I know what I need to work on between now and the meet. Archangel hit 545 raw for a 10lb pr, made even more impressive because this was returning from a rough lower back injury. He then wanted to work on his deadlift form, and hit a 10lb deadlift pr with a 485 pull.

Maxed out pulls against the gray bands. These added a ton more tension than I expected. Worked up to 435 x meh, I locked it, but not without shimmying a bit. Need to work on explosion and follow through.

Great deadlift man doing some awesome work. I wish I could have made it this weekend but somehow drill weekend always falls on a day I want to do something with exception of the meet of course.
