I did my observation for PT school at one of the clinics down there, and they always did pretty good work on shoulders if you needed to find a place to visit. Often times outpatient clinics like that can get you a prehab program going, and cut you a few free pieces of theraband to help with all of it.

Let me know if you need the name of the place or anything.

Squats and Quads…

…minus the squats, for at least another week, too rough on the shoulder right now. I tried the hack squat in place, HATED IT. Every rep above 4tp felt like my knees were about to blow out the front, feet kept slipping. Had to wrap my knees just to get a decent ROM. Anybody have any insight? Scrapped it after 5 sets, did extra on leg press to make up.

westboro bastard church said they were going to show up and protest the funeral of a Mississippi Marine who was killed in action. The cowards never showed up, but a few hundred people including yours truly and a number of other law students showed up to support the family. The funeral procession was something to behold, there were probably about 200 honor guard leading the way, along with police from his hometown, etc all escorting the family.

Regardless of your views of the war, homosexuality, anything, it is an atrocious insult to basic human dignity to disrupt what is a ceremony of mourning and remembrance for a lost life.

Good job. These fucking assholes don’t deserve to breath. Rarely do I get so worked up, and I have been very very politically active most of my life, but they effen stop all. Complete assholes, no other way to describe them…

I read through the last couple pages and didnt see anything… did you go to the doctors for your shoulder? what exactly did you do to it? I tore my labrum and had to have surgery so shoulder injuries are something I know a little bit about.

What are you doing for your rehab/prehab stuff? something that helped me a lot was doing YTWL’s and floor/wall slides (i like the floor better than the wall)

Your lifts still look good even though your shoulders all whacked off so thats good :slight_smile:

as for the protesting of a military funeral… I fully believe that in that case murder should be legal. If anyone came out to protest a friend of mines funeral who died overseas I would have a very hard time not beating someone to a pulp… especially if was a good buddy (and I have had a couple buddies get injured… luckily no deaths)
