Everything felt heavy today, dunno why, but overall got good work in. If you watch plates on the right on the 405 video, on the second set they slide real bad. Threw off my balance and made that set crap.

veggiestrong - the only clips we have at the gym are those weak squeeze ones that get loose with time, when I stood up and stepped back, the loose clip didnt hold the plates in place. Yes, that is a scoreboard, the weights are on half a basketball court haha
Solid work my friend. Nice squatting. Do you have access to lumber and carpentry tools to build a box? Squatting to a narrow bench just looks uncomfortable to me. I have done wooden boxes, Elite FTS boxes, plyo boxes. Don’t think I have gone to a bench since the 80s, lol
Long day, was delayed getting to the gym due to tornados and storms. Took my bands to do reverse band geared squat, did not take into account the fact that my rack here is about a foot and a half shorter than the one in little rock, so the bands didnt help much at all. Had trouble getting loose, each set felt miserably tight, finally got frustrated and went for an all time PR, and got it, albeit grinding it out slowly.

An observation: your wheels could use an alignment. I noticed how you shifted towards your right leg as you came up. Almost everyone that I come in contact with has some kind of pelvic imbalance. Easily fixed at least.
