Nice effort on the pull brother, you’ll be ripping up 6 before you know it. My weakness was in a very similar place and reverse band pulls really helped me break up into the low/mid 6’s, you would probably get a lot out of them.

Inspired by MostMajors most impressive PR, I maxed fully geared squat. Funny story, I had to borrow a wal mart schwinn belt, cause through an unfortunate series of events, my belt got left in Arkansas. Oops. I managed to jack the belt and make it work though, and got a PR.

Hell yeah Dixie! Glad I could inspire you to crush a squat PR. What’s inspiring to me is the fact that you did that on your own, in a bare bones gym, no monolift, walking the bar out, no question about depth, with random dudes spotting you. Good fucking work!

It must be nice to have long legs/be tall, where you can press your feet against the bottom of the rack. That’ll be a good thing for me to do, if it didn’t require me doing a split. Oh well.

With my class schedule, cardio is done in the afternoon during my normal lifting time

ME Bench

Not a bad day, but not an awesome day. I opened up the back of my shirt halfway, which made it where I can get it on without help. Problem, it has changed the groove a bit. To fix this, I was planning on doing 2 board and working down from there to get used to it. Problem, I was the only guy at the gym today haha (had to go earlier than normal). After finally getting a spot from the owner, I got to work. Went fine till the end of the second working set, right elbows on fire, good ole tendinitis. Did the last set as singles, then had to go light pressing the rest of the way. Gonna take a couple weeks off from the shirt to rest the elbow and shoulder.
