I go to a gym by my place of work its about 30 miles from my home, and since I work 6 days a week it works out nice and its open 24/7. But today freezing rain and 8in snow coming and I don’t have to work, its down to the basement at home, I guess suck it up and get it done.

I guess newbies have it hard near the beginning because we do have a certain attitude here…kind of like the army, in the sense that you have to watch what you say or you’ll get all kinds of responses that take the piss right out of you.

The other thing is I don’t understand if he’s going to the gym today or not. His post is unclear.
He says his gym is near his work (I think) and he doesn’t have to work today, but he’s going down to the basement to ‘suck it up’ so does that mean he has weights down there? Then why is the thread titled “A Non-Gym Day”? I guess because he’s going to work out in the basement.
