A Neurotic Dieter + Doggcrapp Training = The Most Detailed Log on T-Nation Ever

I’m interested in a good log, regardless of the training system (+if you train with a “normal” system now you may get more readers just because of it, just figure out a good name for the log)

That’s nice of you, but I prefer doing my own programming (and as I am around 10% be I don’t really need to recomp)

Would you start a new one?
I figure I’ll just do my own program too with a focus on full body training which I always liked.

Yes, if you can’t handle the current program. But before changing up the routine I would suggest altering things you can alter in your given situation. So, as you are on a diet and you can’t increase your calories too much we need to look at other factors, such as sleep, stress and hydration. If all of those are already as good as they are going to get, altering the program is the way to go. But if, say, you don’t get enough sleep even though you could, try fixing that first.

Doing your own programs is great. It gives you (or at least me) the feeling of freedom and it teaches you more than just following ready programs would.
