For the first time in a year or so I checked bodybuilding.com, and this transformation truly impressed me. Those are some good pics to print out and show to overweight relatives.

Pretty good. I’d say the DarinK transformation is a bit more impressive, but the other guy did well too.
Just wait til I drop a bomb on everyone in… oh, hopefully a month.

I don’t want to believe that intelligent people post on bb.com, it shakes my beliefs to their foundations.

Wow I never even got to page 2…I was so impressed with b.spencer’s transformation. DarinK did amazing as well.
Now THESE are guys that, if they’d started earlier on with that sort of drive and dedication, might have a shot at going pro. They clearly understand hard work and consistency in a way many never will.
