That’s normally what I assume when girls talk to me, regardless of content.

Well done!
IT guys usually don’t have that problem, John…

LOL, it’s an observation, not an attitude.

The IT guys @ work think I’m nuts.

When I interviewed at my current job, the manager mentioned there was a gym in the facility.

I asked to be given a tour, but he had not idea where the light switch for gym floor was…

Truth, brother.

The MAN!!!
Well said!

UPDATE;

Pretty excited today, 12.1% BF and only dropped 2 pounds. That is 1% in two weeks with zero loss of muscle. Can’t wait to see what 10% is going to look like. In the 25 years of lifting I have never been this lean!

Anyways just wanted to share with someone!

I was going to wait until I hit goal to post a before and after but the hell with it. Check it out, I think I need to bring up my shoulders when I am done with the diet.

Thats a big difference in appearance, well done.

Thanks Brother, I noticed allot of changes this last week. Like someone unplugged the fat train and it picked up some speed.

Congrats!

Getting there, Colin!

Just a quick bump to say John used me as an example in his recently published article. If you were interested in the math and science behind my program he pretty much laid it all out there.

Give it a read…

Read the article earlier.

Amazing work Colin!

Thanks but I just worked the plan as it was laid out by John. Once I took my hands off the wheel and let him drive everything just lined up. I just had to commit to the different training philosophy, which was pretty difficult for me, and provide the sweat equity.

Didn’t wan’t to hijack other’s threads, so had to bump this to say how great you are looking in your new avi Colin.

How are your strength levels after all that fat loss? I’m always interested how loss of bodyweight affects strength.

Thanks for the kind words Bro, I appreciate them.

I have been doing some deads in this phase of the plan and I feel pretty good about them. I was pulling 350 for 3 sets of 6 and one day took it up for some heavy singles and pulled 450 and failed at 465. In my last comp I hit 515 at a body weight of 256 so that isn’t to bad since I weight 195 now. I have not maxed on Bench or Squat lately but when I hit goal it’s the first thing I plan on doing, so I will report back.

I do need to buy a new weight belt, the old one doesn’t fit anymore and it is really only there as a pacifier for my obsessive compulsive personality because I like to do the same routine pre lift and one of the things I do is arrange the belt to remind myself to flatten my back before I go down and grab the bar. I can’t get the damn thing tight anymore…

Hehe great minds think alike, just like FB I saw your avi and had to say “looking good”.

Are you adding some mass now? I like the plan on more shoulders.

Of coarse I did get stuck on the eve of Oct 30 for a few minutes :stuck_out_tongue:

Thank You, appreciate the comments, keeps me motivated. You’re progress picts are looking awesome.

I am in the last stages of the leaning out plan. I have to hit my goal of 10% first. But yep, then the plan is to take Roman’s Gold factor numbers from his recent article ( How to Look Freakin' Awesome) and bring up my body parts that need to be brought up. I need to add some size to my shoulders, Bi’s and quads. Hopefully squeeze in a PL’ing meet here and there but at a lower weight class.

truly impressed with what you have done, my friend.

Can’t even joke about the speedos anymore. You look absolutely great.

Look great, Colin!

Thanks for stopping by my log, too.
