Was recently working out doing hard cardio in the heat. Several hours later I could feel heart rate was irregular. Went to hospital and Afib. Came out the next morning. Could this be caused by steroids. Cycle was 600 test 400 npp 400 primo.
Background: 28 years old. Been lifting for 10 years. 6’3 235 lean. True 10-12%. Clean diet. Had noticed BP was high the last few months. Consistent 155/90. Wondering what caused this and if anyone else juicing has had this issue. Obviously quit cycle. Only had 1 week left. Back on trt dose of 200mg test.
There can be a thousand reasons that could cause it. Steroids is one of the thousand ones. But most people who would have similar problem have never taken steroids in their life.
Anyways BP has to be checked at least once a week and never ever should it be around 140 for a long time. 155 is crazy.
Should actually be 130 or below
Below 120 being optinal.
Yes, but i said 140 for people on massive blasts etc. If you take high tren and anadrol, youd be happy for 140.
You cant really say “below 130” as a general guideline for people who blast and cruise like this guy does. It is acceptable to have shit BP when on heavy blast for some months in a year. But 155 is way above what id like to see even for a week.
Ok going to doc today. Did some research and going to ask for telmisartin to help control BP
140/90 is general good BP according to AAFP (not big pharma controlled). 155/90 is slightly elevated but i don’t think this would cause your issues. i would not rush to jump into telmisartan at your age, although this is not the worst BP drug.
you probably just overtaxed your system with heat/cardio. I had episodes of AFIB back in the day (pre any TRT even), when riding a bike a bit harder. left and never came back.
those cycles are obviously on the high side, no way i could handle this in my 40’s.
Yeah that’s where I’m debating now if I should stick to trt only. Lifting is a huge part of my life. I was thinking from now on only 1 or 2 12 weeks cycles of just 500mg test.
