A Few Simple Workouts for Me & My Soldiers

Forgot my old account info. But I’m here because I was hoping for a few suggestions.

I’m on a rotation for the army, and our equipment missed the boat. So I’m in the woods with my boys for potentially this whole rotation. Looking for some simple workouts for our pt. We either workout in pairs teams or squads so 2 4 or 9 guys give or take depending on who good in. I have a workout bag I use when it’s just myself or another joe. There are pull up bars available sometimes. And all the hills. I also have a 5 or so light bands I brought with me too.

But this is along the lines of what I have had them doing.

For 4+

Work out #1 mostly leg day
Air Squats or lunges at the bottom
Sprint the hill
Burpees or pushups up top

Work out #2 upper body

Pullups
Pushup
Dips
Band rows

Any other ideas are welcome. We are infantry so the goal is always that my guys can go over a mountains and kick in a door. But beside rucking this place is sort of bare.

Ps I’m waiting for the mechanics tools to show up so I can get a drill and turn done logs into sleds, maybe cut into some logs and make some farmer carries possible but that might be a month or 2 as well.
