My take on this is different than many Christians interpret the scriptures. Most Christians consider that the Kingdom of Heaven and the Kingdom of God are the same.
The Kingdom of Heaven is an earthly kingdom.
The Kingdom of God is a spiritual kingdom.
This gets complex going through the scriptures and seeing them in play and not in play. If you insist a detailed explanation, you need to start a separate thread.
Jesus first coming was to reestablish the spiritual relationship between God and man that Adam lost in the Garden of Eden. The first coming was not to establish a kingdom where He ruled. That shall occur at His second coming and He will take it by force.
Search the Gospels and you will find nowhere that Jesus harms or kills anyone. Jesus sent the Comforter to make it possible for man to have a spiritual relationship with God. This is the Kingdom of God. The Church has been commanded to spread the Kingdom of God to all mankind. The Church, like Jesus’ purpose in His first coming, is not to try take the kingdom by force. Jesus took nothing by force. Note this:
Luke 9:54, “And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did?
55 But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of.
56 For the Son of man is not come to destroy men’s lives, but to save them. And they went to another village.”
Anyone who kills anyone in the name of God is operating outside the Kingdom of God. They are trying to take the Kingdom of Heaven by force, as that is the only way of establishing the Kingdom of Heaven.
You decide where Islam falls in my belief of the scriptures.

In this instance I think it might be as simple as I called him dimwitted, one two many times, and he within himself gave it enough weight that he must respond and robotically calls me dumb. If I remember (and understood) correctly you had mentioned earlier that the 3rd heaven can be on Earth sometimes, as in here and now.
Even if the Kingdom of Heaven and the Kingdom of God are not the same, have you deeply considered that that doesn’t make them opposites necessarily either?
It has occurred to me before that humanities darkest moment may be when Jesus (as) kills a man. I am confident that I was looking at it wrong. The actual darkest moments are probably a few minutes/hours/days prior.
Are you really sure that when Jesus (as) kills the Antichrist in the name of God, Jesus (as) will be operating outside the Kingdom of God?

The 3rd Heaven has never been on earth (so far.) After the Millenial kingdom concludes and the unholy trinity is cast into the lake of fire, God will make a new Heaven and a new earth and bring the New Jerusalem with the Third Heaven to earth.
Not here and now by any stretch of your imagination.
The Kingdom of Heaven and the Kingdom of God complement one another. That is the true Utopia.
Okay. Have you heard of the Rapture of the Church? When the Church is taken up to the Third Heaven the Kingdom of God departs off the earth and to the Third Heaven. Then neither the Kingdom of God nor the Kingdom of Heaven reside on the earth.
Sometime after this the seven year Tribulation occurs where God returns His focus to the Jews. At the end of the Tribulation the Jews will see their King (Messiah that they have been looking for). He is Jesus who is bringing with Him both the Kingdom of Heaven (what the Jews were promised) and the Kingdom of God (restoring the relationship of man with God).
The Antichrist is not killed, but cast into the Lake of Fire (where the fire is not quenched and the worm dieth not.)
