Good luck and kick his ass.
Fucker didn’t show for TRIAL. TRIAL!
Judgment in favor of Plaintiff on all counts, including attorney fees. Take that, bitch. This “secretary” scared the hell out of you.

What a pussy!!! He knew he had nothing.
Just as long as your judge isn’t a pussy and lets the asswipe talk his way into removing that default.
Cynical and suspicious much?

Yeah, it wasn’t even a default. He filed the Answer, we set for trial, he failed to appear, I made an offer of proof, the judge asked me what I wanted. Hi-larity.
Judge was pissed because he demanded mediation in his answer, we arrived an hour early to meet with the mediator, and he didn’t show for that or trial.

You cursed me!
Thursday morning, I get a call from the Defendant. “Lindsay, this is Carl, I thought court was today, I’m here and ready to do this, I’m so sorry, I was skiing yesterday.”
So he filed a motion to set aside. I filed a cranky response. Curses!
Thursday night I squatted light weight and high reps until I was dizzy. Saturday I had the best back workout I’ve had in ages.
Strict DB rows, 3x10x55, 60, 65
Plate pullovers, 3x6x45, 2x5x35
GMs, 3x6x135, 3x3x185
Rack pulls, 4x3x225, 2x3x275
BB rows, 3x6x135
Wow, your rowing is strong! (Not that I’m surprised)
Where are you pulling those rack pulls from (above or below your knees)?
Thanks, I’ve Kroc rowed over 100 for 10, but I didn’t have my wrist wraps with me so I just played strict.
The rack pulls were conventional stance below the knee.
sweeeeet
You’re such a stud. GMs at 185. Shit. I hate you.
135lbs rows…Damn PMPM that’s just awesome.
PMPM
nice work…
Just popping in to say hello, and feel comparatively weak.
Hello!
Yeah, you don’t want to lift near her.

I do tend to fart.
So, have you collected on that Judgment yet? Or has the Ch. 7 automatic stay kicked in. :).

Hahaha, I spent the morning learning how to file in bankruptcy ct so I could get a password…even though I will never do the filing.
My judgments so far are injunctive, and any money owed is in rem, so hopefully we won’t have too much discharged… I know our collections people are always fighting with the bankruptcy folks.
I have a hoarder homeowner, I got judgment against him to make him clean up his place or let my client hire someone to clean up the place, I’ve got the city working with us on this, and the city contact sent me an email today “You do not want to go near this place during the clean up.” Apparently it’s full of 20 years of trash and associated rodents and other nasties. EWW.
Eww, hoarders are nasty. My folks had one as a renter once, it was a freaking nightmare to both get rid of them and then get the place cleaned up. My pop had to borrow a pack of Rottweilers to chase the rats out before we could even start the cleanup.
