You are strong as hell, great arch too.
Great fucking job!
We still have alot of work to do when you come down for humidity training.
Kick ass job PMPM!
…you are way cool :)! NITRO POWER! ![]()
that was one badass meet. bravo!
I never had the pleasure of seeing you lift. I am impressed to say the least. My only regret is to not have seen it live so I could scream my guts out.

Are you implying that the humidity adversely affected her curls? ha.

While we were down there you could tell who was a yankee and who was from the south. The few of us from Louisiana, Georgia and Florida and the like were all very cumfy in PR, but most the folks from up north were having a problem with the heat and humidity…I had to get ice bags for most of the guys. So I said that next year, or anytime there is a big meet in a tropical climate, the athletes need to come to LA and train with us for humidity training.
And my ex is a cosmetoloogist/stylist, so we can probably contract her out for some hair training as well
My hair needs no training! I like it wild!
Oh! Thanks for sharing that! Awesome as always.
Were you called for depth on your last squat? Was that Dan in the head chair?
I never tire of watching you get in the bench. So cool.
And your DL stance is way wider than I remember. Is that 'cause of the gear? I seem to remember already having this conversation . . .
Yeah, the stance is because of the gear. Even I was surprised, looking at it. If I am in slightly looser DL gear maybe I can come in without loosing the pop from the floor.
I was called for depth on the last squat. I had one red light for uneven extension on my bench. My third deadlift got three reds, for either up and down motion or supporting on legs.
Dan was in the head chair, he was taking one of the IPF ref tests, I think to become a Cat 2 or something.
Awesome stuff PMPM!

way to represent!!
Saw the vid via facebook, great job!!!
Just remember stars to the right always!

See, our firefighter/military chick was the one telling us to do it the other way. Much dissent.
