I’m at the Newark airport now. I’m not sexy. I’ve got the best wrap bruises ever from lsupowerlifterdc’s handiwork. He’s down there a couple more days. His training partner Wade Hooper is lifting today. Both guys are beasts and really cool dudes.
Kayaking is what I call uneven extension and/or downward movement.
Lsupowerlifterdc says he can get me to 5/3/5 if I move to Baton Rouge for a year. Hmmmmm…
Will write more later. Time to get in the “dry wedding” mood. That means time for a Bloody Mary.
