A bit masochistic?

I’m looking at doing EDT for a 2 week cycle with Mag-10, with a bit of twist. I’ve put the 4 EDT days into 2 i.e. Day One do 1 in am 3 in pm, Day Two 2-am 4-pm, OFF, Three 3-am 1-pm etc…I think after doing that 3 times i’ll take 2 days off, then start again. Assuming I eat properly, i.e. a LOT, any one still think this would be too much? I had good recovery w/ 2/day WO’s with growth surge. Thanks.

If you’re gonna try it you might wanna schedule some extra hours of sleep into your day. Like a couple hours nap in the afternoon or something.

EDT has treated me nice, and the one time I used Mag-10, I got what I thought were great results. (Old formula.)

I wouldn’t do it without Mag-10, but with, it really helps your recovery, and the extra workouts should be productive.

If you come in well rested, and just pay attention to your body and if you need to back down a little then do it.

Depnding on the length of the cycle I dont see why it is not do able and worth atleast an attempt.
