Band traction, foam roll, kb complex, reverse hypers, standing pressdowns

Bench; 10 sets of 3 @ 225. Went back and forth from narrow grip speed to wide grip bb style

Tried several other moves for chest but my right shoulder was not having it

Pulldowns; 4 sets of 8 superset with 4 sets of 8 on shoulder press

T bar row machine superset with overhead press, 3 sets of varying reps

Shit. At least I know I can punk myself with lunges tomorrow

Lunges; 135x10 reps x 4 sets

Single leg inverted leg press; 2 sets. FUCKING GREAT. Right hip is now bothering me?? Seriously, what the hell man? Could not hit depth with right leg and had no power. So now although my left hamstring is weaker than my right, my left leg is stronger overall.

Squat cleans; 5x5 with 135

Gaint set; stiff legged deads with reverse hyper with weighted ab work, 3 rounds

Power clean/jerk; 250x1? may have been 260? solid clean on 285, just missed the press at lockout. Trying to go back to actually catching the bar in rack position and it’s throwing me off when I go to press

Stones; bunch of doubles with the 330 to 52" felt slow but not much pain

Truck push; 3 heavy runs

Sled drags; 2 heavy runs

Totally wiped out but a decent day. Was excited to go and train for a change.

Overhead lockout; (bar at nose level) 135x5, 185x6, 225x3

Giant set; machine fly, low row, high row, low row. 3 rounds of 10 reps each station

3/17 Fun day

Warmup; Reverse hyper, crunches, machine leg press, 100ft sled drag. 3 Rounds of 10 here

High box squat; 3 sets of 10 @ 135

Free squat; oly style 10 reps, PL style 10 reps

Keg throw for height; Maybe 20 total swings, then a bunch of random stuff with the keg

Axle hack squat; 135x6, 135x6, 225x5, 315x3, 315x2

Axle dead; hit 405 double overhand but had to cheat and use the tape on the bar, then hit a pretty easy single at 500, maybe 90% right now. Form was very good.

Band traction

Great day for the team and a good day overall. Back is really sore with some pain but I think that is to be expected. Starting to get back in the flow a bit. If the back does not keep coming around I may do a BB show that’s in August or I may just go for an all out bulk but try to keep the heavy weights to a minimum (righhhhttt)

Warmups; Foam roll, band traction, strict reverse hypers, KB complex, light RDL

Power cleans/jerks; lots of warmups. Work sets of 225x2 for 5 sets. Very explosive on these today. Wanted to go heavier but thankfully was talked into staying here and working on form. What a concept.

Log pin press (just above shoulders); 180x3, 180x3

Sled drags; 3 runs of 50 to 100ft. For some reason the last drag just drained me. I was off the rest of the day.

Another good team day, worked with the guys on their stones and almost everyone hit a PR for reps.

GREAT workout with one of my OG partners. Was reminded today of why I love this shit so much.

Sunshine blaring in through the open doors and music blasting over the speakers. Sweat dripping off the fitness chicks doing cardio. Skin splitting pumps and talking trash with your boy, I was meant to be in the gym.
