Ok first off I eat what ever I want!!! Im in good shape. I have a six pack. My strength is pretty much where I want it and my Physique is pretty good as well. Ok so your prolly thinking whats the problem. Well if i have a good physique now eating whatever. What could I do to optimize my results with a good AB diet. I hate counting carbs and protein! What would be a diet that would be good to start out on?
stats:
Height 5/9
weight 185
BMI 7%
My goals is to gain more lean mass.
My bulking diet is this and it works well for me. 5lbs lean mass a month I maintain it.
4 cans tuna
1 can beans
1 tsp flax oil
1 gallon milk 2% or whole
1/2 cup (dry) rice (cook it)
1-2 potatoes (butter/sour cream go nuts)
snack on peanuts (unless they kill you) then snack on cashes (which are twice as expensive)
4 grams fish oil.
thats in the 3000-3500 range I think.
Close to 300 grams of protein, I think the carbs/fats/protein are about 30-30-40.
Feel free to add protein shakes to this, I didn’t when I invented it but they would probably help.
Extra info. I ate the beans 1 hour before workout, or in the morning before work. rice/potato mid day and dinner. milk was post workout/all day. Fish oil was at night. And I ate 3 of the cans of tuna right before bed.

Having a six pack does not mean you are muscular, although at 5’-9" and 185 you probably aren’t in too bad a position. Sounds like you are just blessed with either good genes or natural self-control.

What’s with the attitude prick? I was actually somewhat complimentary, even if it didn’t come out the right way.
As to helping you with your diet- do you need people to spoon feed you your meals too? There are 1000’s of diet-based articles on this site all just a couple clicks away. Do some leg work on your own and come back with specific questions.
