You can’t always predict a bad workout. But if you know that there’s no way you’ll perform today, it’s a better investment to postpone your session by one day.

I have had this opinion for awhile. Thanks for putting some logic behind it and sharing with your larger audience.
but , DO NOT being equivalent “bad workout” with recovery workout .
