This program works every time. Guaranteed Strength and Size Increases. Just gotta follow the program to the T and match the hard training with big eating for recovery.
I’ve had a hard time gaining weight over the years. I was 155lbs bodyweight during the summer of 2021.
During the summer and fall of 2023, I struggled to break over 200lbs bodyweight.
Loading Creatine Monohydrate with the Grape Juice Method took me from 195–>208lbs in around a weeks time in October/November 2023
Completed 3-6reps of the Mcgill Big 3 before every 915 Training session
Followed the advised plan of

This helped maximize recovery and kept everything tight for the subsequent sessions.
First time taking Surge!!
Used 3-4Scoops with 16-20oz of water spread out Before, During, and After every single session.

Ending Bodyweight 229.5lbs
Ran a half mile before every session to keep the heart and lungs healthy while packing on mass.

Was not able not increase max Strength on Power cleans but did increase technique and proficiency
Trained off and on with higher reps and sometimes heavy weight since completing the 915 in February. Took 1-3 Scoops of Surge for every workout this year.
Dislocated left shoulder on a Childrens bouncy obstacle course mid-July 2024.
Rebuilt with tons of stabilization work
Tested Maxes again during the last week of September 2024
Started the 915 program again
Taking 2-3 Scoops of Surge for each session
This time I trained with a friend. We completed the Program together.
We missed 4 days of training after completing the Deadlift workout on week 8 because we were both very sick. I also missed Power Cleans on Weeks 6 and 7 due to knee pain.
