I am planning to stay moderately low carb with refeed meal as I feel flat. But after first 5 days of realy no carb days I became so cut that it scared the hell out of me! On these pictures I bloated back more or less:) I will probably try carb loading approach last week before show, and probably water/sodium trick too.

He, he… I am sort of shy (read chicken). Besides good half of this time was in Russia. Not exactly time or place to have a controlled diet.

That light actually makes me look more cut than I realy am. I still have 59 days to go and lose some extra fat and water. I think it is time to incorporate cardio in my schedule.

if i had to criticize one thing id say bring up the chest, but that isnt to say you still arent in great shape. good luck
Very good! Back width is thick! Forearms look pretty damn good too. I’d say prioritize your chest and calves. Perhaps hammys too (can’t really see them well, but your quads have good meat on them). When you diet down a little more, you’ll be looking very good. Post the contest pics when you get them!
