I live in Taipei, Taiwan and I know where that 7-11 is that he had his post-workout meal.
I will go there and camp out…waiting.
But if you see me next to Frank and then the “Bulking is Bad” nutbars will be able to use me as evidence to support their side.
Better I stay home I guess.
Though I 'd love to meet up with Frank and go to a few restaurants. It would certainly make an interesting video.
But no night market! Well, I can eat some of that, but draw the line at chicken uterus on a stick.
It would be fun if we can make a training video sometime in the future and hit the night market straight afterwards.
What do you eat in Taiwan man?
night market is the heaven for the cheap and dirty bulkers.

I’d feel very shy to train with you…I can’t DB shoulder press 100s and I outweigh you by an embarrassing amount.
I will climb Taipei 101 next month, that’s the coolest thing I’ll be doing.
I eat street food for breakfast, and haven’t been in a night market for a long time. I go to hotpots and eat a lot. usually too much ice cream.
My girlfriend is a great cook and makes all kinds of great food.
Where do you train now? Did you ever check out the gym in TPEC?
T-Nation needs more people from Taiwan
I can go to all branches of World Gym. Yesterday I went to the Tien Mu one.
I remember you telling me about TPEC, and that to get in I should pretend to be a professor or something…ha ha.
But that does look like a great weight room. Lots of room and well lit. You’ve likely seen a World Gym here…dark, with spotlights and neon and I know they won’t play my kind of music, but they play it too loud and this is at 7AM.

I’ve been to that gym.
this was 4 years ago. i met the taiwanese host star Chang Fei there as well LOL.

Yeah! I’ve seen him there too…I almost went up to him and asked to take a picture. I guess that was about 4 or 5 years ago.
I saw Xiao S at the Tong Lin one a few years ago too. She’s a cutie.
fellow T-man talking about Taiwanese celebrity using English pin yin. Is this real life?
