Hi, I am currently doing the 6 weeks to superhero program by Christian Thibaudeau and I would like to know if the 8 minutes to awesome ( Vital Whole Human - T NATION ) everyday routine would be detrimental to the 6 weeks to superhero program if it is done on training days. Thank you!
The 6 week to superhero program is very demanding and a lot of work to recover from , so be very careful with things you want to add. If you run this program for the first time I think you shouldn’t add anything and follow the description. Doing more does not mean getting more results ![]()

If you want to do it, do it separately… when you wake up in the morning for example.
