8 Count Body Builders

Anybody ever done these? Thoguths?

I think I do, but what I’ve heard call that is more of a calisthenics(can I spell that?) move,

sounds ridiculous.

Doing these as a Tabata exercise could be fun:)

Yeah that’s pretty much what I was imagining. As a warmup or for some conditioning work those have a place, but in developing a large muscular physique I don’t really think so.

Yes Calisthenics exercise, Really good for warm up, Endurance and super sets.

The video wasn’t a great example, Starting position is standing upright and end move is power star jump.

I used to do them in Thai, Seen a comment somewhere about them not being good for your lower back though, can’t remember where. Just wanted some opinions on the exercise.

I’ve used something similar, I normally do a Press up straight into a Squat then a jump at the top. They go by a few different names. Good exercise.
