I have been doing 8-12-8 system for 4 months. On average 7 out 10 exercises, I still add reps or weight (not every workout, maybe every 2-3th training) but on some exercise I cant move on. For example I did incline DB bench press with 80lbs for 12 reps then I increased and did with 85lbs for 10 reps. Next workout I did only 8, sometimes 6, but on avarage 8 reps, its been a 2 months and I cant even reach 10 reps as I did first time. I am thinking I should change rep range for while but I am not sure which could be good. 4-6? 6-8? or even 12-16 and still try to add rep/weight until i cant add anymore and go back to 8-12-8 a try beat 12reps with 85lbs?

If youāre losing reps then maybe youāre training with too much total volume?
Swap it out for something else then come back to it later.

I wouldnāt say itās too much but, upper training and:
- seated military press top set
- pull down top set
- Dips 3x max
- meadows row top set
- flies top set
- pjr pullover top set
- Biceps curls top set
