That is an awesome complex - those are my go-to lifts for complexes too. I never ramp them or anything though, I should do that! I haven’t done complexes in ages tho. And good job get back on that evil pyramid! Did it feel easier?

Nice work on the DB presses - Db pressing is like the bench for me, even the slightest increase in weight and I FML over. 45s is good! Especially considering the gagillion reps you did before them!

-Following Blaze’s advice to do 6 reps at a weight for 3 sets, when I can do 8 reps with the weight then up the weight. Last week I did a sloppy 8, today was a much easier 10 reps.
