Today is fucked up Day 2 as a result of supps. I’m really nauseous right now and once again, think I’m gonna take a nap. I’m gonna lay off supps for about a week though so don’t worry, tomorrow I should be checking up on journals.

Today I did leg press and RDLs and that’s it.
I worked up to 14 plates x 12 for 2 sets on the leg press, and 155 x 8 on RDLs. Didn’t have energy for anything else.

Ow I feel sick. I’ll be back later.

Okay so the nausea finally ended with me throwing up everything I ate ;(

So I made some cabbage and roast beef and did some cardio at the gym.

Pull-up, dip, push-up pyramid followed by the bajillion exercise complex.
I didn’t have it written down so did what I remembered:

Row
Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
GM

The sets went 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.

Ended with some abs. Tomorrow I’m not taking shit but my rhodiola so I expect a good workout.
Anyways I’m starving since technically the only thing in my system is cabbage, beef and a PP shake so I’ma make up for the missing calories now =D

When i do complexes, thats the exact one i do. I took out the push press and goodmorning so i could get more weight on faster though lol.

That complex is no joke.

I don’t say specific supplements. It’s only a one-day thing, and I’ll be getting my hormones back on track with a week off thermos.

K-Man, that is a rockin’ complex. I don’t like the GM either, sometimes I’ll add or substitute it with a jump squat.
I think I’ll do the same thing though. Up the weight and take out the push press and GM. Hmm… tomorrow, it shall be done!

ALK, caffeine doesn’t bother me (too much MT. Dew as a kid lol) but there’s an ingredient, L-5 something that’s known to cause symptoms such as nausea.
I research EVERYTHING that I buy, reading several different user reviews and ingredients and whatnot. But apparently when I don’t buy the supp, I also neglect to do my research. Hey, you get sloppy. It happens.

Yeah I saved some of javorek’s workouts to my Favorites but sadly I don’t do them because they call for a lot of technical moves. Technical to me anyway. I don’t like to think when doing a complex, just flow from one move to the other. High pulls and such don’t come naturally to me, and he has a lot of those types of exercises if I recall correctly.

My chest was way too fried to do this, but I’d rather be weak than give up.

Conditioning

In the basketball court, I sprinted to one end of the court and then back. I counted that as one lap. Did 10 laps.

Got 135# (3 plates) and pushed and pulled it horizontally along the basketball court.

The new article inspired some Tabata farmer walks, so I did 4 minutes. Yes, only one tabata. That was cruel. I only used the 45# plates as well and it was STILL hell on my grip.

Did some abs, then bounced.
