I’m on a pretty good roll having pics every page, although I don’t have any new pics ATM. Only pic on this page is Obama though and it’s my log, not his <3

I forgot to bring my workout log to the gym. So let’s see how I can fill this post up lol

Shoulders and arms today, but I did add in some glutes, the evil glute and shoulder supersets.
Static lunges superset with single DB OH presses. Switch sides and repeat.
Did 1 leg presses on assisted dip machine. Superset with lateral raises. Then one lateral raise dropset from 20-15-10s.

FST-7 Machine OHP
Did CGBP, thumbless grip of course. BB curls with 60#. Seated French presses. DB curls with 25#.

Did Count’s idea of supersetting the bicep and tricep FST-7s. Hot fuck, that was awesome. Did 8 sets just because I loved it that much.
So it was V-bar pressdowns with 50# followed with rope hammer curls 25-30#.

I was feeling tired before the FST-8 superset, but that shit pumped me up. So I did some sprints in the indoor basketball court. More than 6, no more than 10. Sorry, I didn’t count. Then did some plate pushes/pulls. One set with 45#. Did 3 more with 70# total of plates. Burned my quads and hammies. Freakin’ awesome.
Then did some DB swings, up to 65# and weighted cable crunches.

Awesome session today. My sweat was going into my eyes. It burned and I wasn’t able to see and I ran into one of the HammerStrength machines LMAO

On the way out I talked to one of my PT friends. It’s funny because he told me that he takes juice a while ago and if someone is on roidz, they should at least look like they are, you know? Like, actually look like they have some muscle? My bf is bigger than this dude and he’s natural haha
Anyway, I thought that was ironic. But he tells me today that he doesn’t do high intensity cardio (you know, like the shit I just did) because he wants to keep his muscle. So he walks and does other steady state cardio. Makes sense. /sarcasm

Ahhh amazing pic. lol. I think you might be suprised at how many people have done a cycle of steroids but don’t look like it.

Yeah but I was really shocked. I don’t like to make assumptions whether people are using or not but he really doesn’t look like much. I think he’s just cursed in the genetics department. He says that he’s 8% bodyfat so I’m not expecting him to look much better, unless the calculations are way off.

Today was initially going to be a conditioning day, but 1) I woke up feeling kinda flat. I didn’t have a lot of carbs post-workout yesterday, I just didn’t feel like eating. And 2) my other half of Together Team did legs today and I’m trying to have an identical lifting program with him ;D

Kept it to two main movements today. My legs still feel a little tired from last leg session, what 2 days ago?
I was going back and forth with myself about doing only 8 plates on the leg press. Last FST-7 I did 10 plates. I figured I was tired, why not?
Sucked it up and put on 10 plates. Threw an extra 50# on the leg press just cuz I was pissed at myself for fucking complaining in the first place.

FST-7
Leg Press
10 plates + 50# total, 12 reps each set

FST-7
Standing ham curl
Did a new exercise for FST-7 hamstrings today. I did my right leg first for all 7 sets, then repeated on the left leg. It was orgasmic.

Still had to get my conditioning in. It’s really making a difference with the fat loss (no shit Nik)

Did kind of like, a tri-set here
Waiter walks, DB swing, push/pull DB

I used the same weight for the 3 exercises
Did everything in the basketball court (it was empty again! Yay me)

45# waiter walks, 12 DB swings, push 45# DB to one side of court, pull back to start
Repeated with 60#
Then repeated with 70#
I could only do waiters walks with the 70# DB on my right arm. That’s what happens when you’re not ambidextrous :stuck_out_tongue:
So for my left hand, I carried the 70# in a racked position.

Despite the torture, I had some energy to spare.
Did some abs: weighted cable crunches superset with V-sits, weighted cable crunches superset with plate crunches on bench

Then did FST-7 standing calf raises.

Post workout meal:
2 pancakes with bananas, honey and syrup
And by 2 pancakes, I mean that batter that could have made 10-12 pancakes was turned into huge pancakes instead, because of laziness.

Legs look great in the picture above, I’m jelly of that hamstring sweep.

Zerchers look very solid and smooth as well.
