Yup, I’m in agreement. Get low and stay low on the Pendlays. Since I need to keep my intensity lower for GVT I’m using 25’s and having no issues. But, I CANNOT wait to see just how much I can row when I’m not attempting 100 reps with short rest periods. I’m starting to crave higher intensity. /rant

Those stretchers for the FST-7 SUCKED! Can’t wait to do them again. I don’t like to clank weights in the gym a lot but I didn’t give a fuh, I let the stack fall, the triangle bar hit the metal haha

Yes, I did read that article just forgot about it lol. That’s how I’ve been eating for a while now. I have my simple sugars during workout, and keep carbs to veggies and other trace sources for the rest of the day.

Well to be honest it’s kind of how I’ve always eaten so I can’t really say. I can say that if I ever trail off from my usual diet due to traveling with family or something similar, I start to feel like crap lol.
It doesn’t sound like anything new, tbh…
I’ll have to look up that article though…

Have you tried Surge?? I think whey in some Gatorade would have the same effect, but you know, gotta pimp Biotest!

Thanks for the pendlay rec. I did them this AM 4x8x95 - didn’t feel too bad and I reckon the form was much better (did use some swing on a few reps tho…). They had that bent leg, arched back, spread butt cheeks Oly vibe to them…I hope that’s right!
