Hi Blaze and kmcnyc
Yeah, I’m known for my volume 'round these parts
Thanks Austin, yep definetely got some progress on the bench. 'Bout time.
Kalle, hope you like the Pendlays. You’re back is already so awesome <3
Pre-wo stims are just more pills to take. I hate taking pills
Brute, you’re just awesome. I’m sure it’s not the bar influencing my weak shoulders pout
Thanks alexus, I’ll look into that later.
Aah Puff, I love Xena!
Nah, I leave the windows open. Partly not to get locked out, other part to listen to music.
Greg, he loved them! I liked them too, I just didn’t get to enjoy them hot because he took forever to sit down and eat so the burgers got cold. I heated his burger up (again) and he loved them.
You really just front squatted 135 3 weeks ago? Did you just start doing them… 3 weeks ago? =D
MiM, I like creatine because it makes me push those extra reps. But then again yesterday I didn’t take creatine and still had a good workout. So I can’t answer whether I feel a difference on days that I take it vs days that I don’t. I also take rhodiola though and it’s said to help weightlifters and endurance trainers alike, so maybe I can’t give a great review since it can be either the creatine or rhodiola working.
If I suggest it: definetely. Maybe you’ll want to try it later though? After you reach your body comp goals. I have a friend that I suggested the creatine to and a couple weeks later he told me he’s off it because he felt “puffy”. I don’t feel puffy, but I’m not everyone.
Maschy of course I started with 95#. Hold on, I got a vid…
The descent felt like forever, I never used anything to shorten the distance though.
What you might want to do (H4M gave me the tip) is to do them with your knees more bent:
This can also help you pull more and may save your lower back. That’s my opinion anyway.
I’ll say try a lower stance and try to rip 135 of the ground. You might surprise yourself.
Ashy, I know Phil probably did it, Jay Cutler and Mark Alvisi. Mark’s the hottie from Gaspari
Insulin Advantage was an article on TN. It explains how to bulk and cut on the same day. Basically, you have 1-2 meals that spike your insulin peri-workout (I eat mine before and after, you can also have it after and after) and the rest of your meals don’t spike your insulin.
It’s pretty cool. Won’t call it a diet really since there’s nothing you have to particularly eat. More like a way of eating.
My post workout meal today was my chocolate bunneh from Easter =D
Yesterday was cornbread, mac and cheese and salisbury steak. Sometimes it’s IHOP or Five Guys lol
K, this post is LONG and I think I’ma go to the gym to do my cardio now. So will be back.
