SO… what kind of car were you pushing? I used to have a VW Fox that had fucked up shifting linkage and it didn’t go into 5th or reverse. I never though of it as training but it certainly was. Just at random times when I couldn’t pull through parking spaces, etc. But I think it only weighed about 1200 lbs.

Got up early to train before class. Shoulders and arms so wasn’t too worried about time.
Not a lot to say, boring stuff. Push presses, went up to 95 x 4. I think I’m doing this wrong lol
Leaning DB laterals up to 30 x 10 each arm. Seated DB OH press, rear delt flies.
I really had no energy, not cuz of the morning thing. I just don’t feel like eating today (I know, wtf) so I only had milk and nuts before training.
Did well on the FST-7 Machine OHPs though. Shit that burned.
Anyway, didn’t feel like doing biceps. So did some dips, pullover presses but my elbow started to hurt and finally FST-7 V-bar Pressdowns with thumbless grip.
Then I wanted to do biceps (lol) so just did FST-7 spider curls with 30#.
Did farmer walks with 50s and waiter walks (since they’re so famous in these parts) with 30, 35, 40, and 45.
Done. I planned to have a PB sandwich after training but 1)no appetite and 2)I had short time to dress for class. So grabbed the container of greek yogurt haha
I made it insulin-spikey by adding some berry greek yogurt to the plain and some honey. Shazaam.
Very funny hustling to class holding a 16 oz container of greek yogurt.
On the other fun side of my life, I got some fry (baby fish) from my convicts and put a few in the 27 gallon tank. They’re all small fish in there but I didn’t think that they’ll eat them. I really didn’t expect that, I really want them to grow up to be big convicts ;(
I did intentionally put a couple fry with my blood parrots though. Just for fun.
