On a more practical note, you need to move your hands further back and a bit closer together. Picture a triangle with your head resting on the top point and your hands on the bottom two points. You’ll find you are a lot more stable that way.

If it makes you feel any better I remember the time I was passing through an LAX security checkpoint and it was awful. I was rolling my mom’s rather effeminate suitcase and was therefore in charge of putting it through the x-ray and what not. Aaaaannnddd lucky me my mom’s suitcase needs to be manually searched. Aaaannnd even luckier me, my mom is already ahead of me heading to the boarding gate. So I’m standing there waiting for the security guy to finish checking my mom’s bag which of course as mentioned before is effeminate looking and has a make-up bag and an extra change of clothes. You know just in case you get stuck in an airport. So as you can imagine it was rather awkward. But once the search was done, I picked up the bag. But of course I mad an ass of myself by ASSuming the guy who searched the bag zipped it back closed. So needless to say the contents spread all across the floor.

Matty, my dog doesn’t let me work out at home. She jumps on my chest, stomach or back, and if I’m doing wall sits, she jumps in my lap, adding 10 pounds to an already hard exercise.
