Today is Measure Progress Day.
March 30th I measured my bodyfat at 15.5%
Today it measured 15.1%
Slower progress than I’m used to, but then again I also weighed in at 147.0 lbs this morning.
I am ecstatic.
I think that’s due to the fact that I took creatine with my insulin spike meal yesterday and not in the post workout shake like I normally do.
Anyway, a gain of 7 pounds and down .4% bodyfat in 2 weeks.
I couldn’t ask for more.

Had a stressful couple of days, family issues but things are roughly resolved at the moment. Just gotta deal with it. Sadly I won’t be back in the gym until Tuesday. I did 150 squats yesterday and tomorrow, maybe I’ll do some random stuff as a study break.

No stress or tears today, left the drama with the weekend. Today is going to be lotsa traveling, 4 hours on the road total. So I’m trying to get some homework finished up that’s due at midnight tonight.
I’m in some Design class because I was short on credits and I had to get some credits from somewhere. It was either an online design class or a 6-9 PM class about horses. Ha!
Anyway, I’m going to try to pop in to the journals intermittingly or at least before I jet. Tomorrow I have to get some stuff signed for my new university, class and I’m debating between a leg or chest/back workout.
Oh workout. I forgot
Today I did a total of 100 stability ball squats against the wall, 50 regular stance, 50 narrow.
Then 100 regular BW squats
3 sets of rack chins, some HSPUs, an exercise called “Bicep ladder” (a bodyweight bicep exercise that’s pretty G), and some piston pushdowns (triceps)
Did a couple sprints before I realized that the quads weren’t gonna put up with me today. Oh well, I tried.
Gonna keep diet in check despite the traveling. Steak before I leave the house, nuts on the road, maybe some more meat, then nuts on the way back.
I was bad yesterday, didn’t eat for a few hours and had to get some new tires. That took forever, then the bastards didn’t even tell me the car was ready. I saw it sitting out there by chance. I asked them when they were going to tell me it was done and the asshole said “It was only there for 1-2 minutes”
I told him that would have been 1-2 minutes less of me starving. And he still lied, the car was too hot to only have been sitting out in the sun for “1-2 minutes”. Bah.
Anyway, so I had Popeye’s. Now weighing 149# but not in the good way grin

LOL my poor softballs are swole after the HSPUs. They’re like oranges now.
Finished my homework and decided to play around with my hard zen move. I’ll probably never get this perfect but it’s fun trying.
And yes, this is the result of being alone in the house with the freedom to be in your sleep clothes and act a fool all day.
