I did use them to stretch per your suggestion last night though. Me like.

Did chest/back today. Had plenty of energy, so started with walk to the gym.
Got a Frosty before my workout as well, so the fast-absorbing carbs will fuel my workout… that’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it =)
So I walked in to the gym with the Frosty, and my friend makes a comment about my Frosty and a tsk-tsk smile (he still thinks I’m competing in May)
Anywho, after I incline benched 40s, he comes up to me and says “I’m getting a Frosty before my workout tomorrow”
Ha! I love my peoples.
Workout was done with 30-45 second rest between sets, had a lot of energy and motivation today.
