Yes to the whole thing! You’ve got some great proportions going on - I think one of the best ways to judge this is when someone would have a hard time guessing your height in those pictures because the proportions are right.

Just look at that little flat mid-section - yet you’ve kept some boobs and a butt. You are looking like you could do an Oxygen shoot.

Everything from my traps to soleus is tight.

I stretched and it didn’t help. I stretched with the bands and that didn’t even help this time.
I need to be tip-top for interval training and chest/back tomorrow so after my love’s workout, he’s giving me a massage.

I can’t wait.
I got the oil soaking in a tub of warm water from now. Oh yeah.

I totally agree! … awesome WG pull ups, and your pics show how much hard work you’ve been putting in. I’ve never tried Samoa…but it sounds delicious. My favorite is ben n’ jerrys phish food :slight_smile:

Bre, never had that but looked it up and marshmallow and choc ice cream is just some almonds short of the delish Rocky Road, so I’ll add it to the to-do.

Today was chest/back with the roughest start ever, so it kind of turned into a “Do whatever the hell I want” day.

I had my bands to do some benching, took forever getting the band on the peg and bar (and squeezed my finger while I was at it, almost screamed bloody murder)
Got on the bench, ready to do some band benching, but I couldn’t move the bar because the bands were just keeping the bar pinned down. No it wasn’t because I’m weak, it’s just the angle didn’t allow the bands to move.
So, I went to the other side of the gym and farmer walked some 55s over to my bench. Put one end of the bands on the DB and tried to wrap the other end around the bar. Then the bar tips over and almost crashes, so when I get it back in place the DB lifts up
facepalm

So I farmer walk the 55s back, hit my head on a handle on the way back, and go back to do some regular damn bench presses.

So I was in no mood to follow a routine, just did everything I wanted to. Pull-ups, HS High Row, Incline bench, triceps, calves, stretched for ever, medicine ball push-ups (only highlight of my day, got 10 med ball push-ups, most ever) and yadda yadda.
Then walk home.

I’ll tell ya what I needed, a damn Frosty.

Lol I actually meant that innocently, the massage really helped. I love DOMS but hate when you consider taking off a day to recover more.

I love the HS High Row, I was always sceptical but I saw some other guys with huge backs do it and it was awesome to see the back extending and contracting, so I figured that I wanna look that cool too.

foam roller FTW !, nah, massage for the win, though foam rolling beats stretching…

band benching, been there, done that…lol - keep trying, you’ll find a setup that works for you, you have the drive to make it happen !
