Foot was difficult to work through, I had to limp because putting pressure on it makes me scream. Then again I got a lot of help from people in the gym, loading and unloading plates, etc. Can’t say it sucked.

It’s funny with the fat loss; I used to think that my legs were my strong point so I had to play catch-up with my upper body, now I’m feeling like my legs are small

I was fighting the urge to get a Frosty so badly during training. I was feeling a little blah.
After training, I went to see Unknown. Killed a bag of popcorn. Err.
I don’t feel too bad… well, not true, but my carbs (including the popcorn) were peri-workout, so kept my last meals low-carb.
