Just so I can be semi-useful, and granted I am no expert on posing.

Front double bicep.

Rotate your shoulders back a little further to flare out the tricep and arm a bit more, your arm looks to be slightly pointing down in the pic (could be wrong because the pics is small). I would also try to keep you arms down a bit, they are kinda raised high and I think you’d look wider if you kept you forearms parallel to your head. Right now you elbows and shoulder line up, lower the arm ever so slightly.

Not sure if female bodybuilding poses are different though luv.

Foot was difficult to work through, I had to limp because putting pressure on it makes me scream. Then again I got a lot of help from people in the gym, loading and unloading plates, etc. Can’t say it sucked.

I was fighting the urge to get a Frosty so badly during training. I was feeling a little blah.
After training, I went to see Unknown. Killed a bag of popcorn. Err.
I don’t feel too bad… well, not true, but my carbs (including the popcorn) were peri-workout, so kept my last meals low-carb.

OLY grip is very painful at first, It gets better over time. with a goal being physique competitions not sure they have any benefit though. I bet your just trying to challenge yourself though.

Oh good on you for the clean grip FS. As the weights get heavier that will be helpful. And don’t forget to rest the bar on the upper delts. Nice stuff!

Today I did a demo-like of a chest/back day. I’m going to keep it in my split for my actual comp prep, I really suck with chest workouts because I hate training chest, but it also needs work. But pairing it with back like I did kept the back AND chest training intense.
