7 Weeks Out of First Figure Comp

I am 7 weeks out of my first figure competition. I am 5’1 and weigh 111 lbs. I need to get down to approximately 106 but am struggling at this point (the first several pounds seemed much easier to lose). I just switched up my cardio, doing two a day, one high intensity sprinting intervals and one long duration walk or stairmaster. Diet has been the same everyday, with about 120 grams of carbohydrates. I also just cut out all salt, I drink at least a gallon of water per day, and cut out my later night meal. I will add some pictures this weekend. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

What is your exact diet with a breakdown of your macros and meal timings? I don’t know shit about dieting for competitions, but it seems like this would be helpful information for someone who does and could help you.

Get your carbs below 100g a day - below 50 would definitely lose you some fat. But you will need to eat good fats to compensate.

I was going to say exactly what Cal did. Deff get the carbs to under 100g a day.
It would be helpful to know exactly what your diet looked like esp in terms of timing and what kind of workouts and frequency you are doing.

Why have you eliminated salt? Salt will effect water retention, but you need it for other reasons, and you can dump all your water in the few days before the comp. Did you get specific advise on this from someone who knows what they are talking about? I am not an expert, but I think you are asking for trouble cutting out salt so soon. I have read that some body builders actually load the salt until the week before the contest, then cut it. You might want to look into this a little more.
